Service Could Use Improvement but Good Blinds, Good Manufacturer We ordered custom blinds and paid a 50% deposit in the 1st week of April - - would take 6-8 weeks max to arrive, install. Hadn’t heard anything by then so we called to follow up. Finally got word that one of our boxes was missing and they were investigating. Due to a lack of follow up, we took it upon ourselves to call the manufacturer who was quick to identify issue. Blinds arrived weeks later than expected, all in good condition and of good quality. However our living room blinds were cut too wide, waiting another 4-5 weeks. Arlene’s was quick to take action on getting the replacement.

This business is a complete gong show. From start to finish our experience was fraught with errors, misinformation and lack of customer service. It took three and a half months for two simple sets of drapes to be installed. Everything that could go wrong did, and the disrespectful way that excuses were offered to cover up their poor organization was utterly frustrating an insulting. Do not take you business here! They don't even answer phone calls. Incompetent, rude, and shady sums up Arlene's Interiors.

I was most pleased with the punctuality and quality of service and to get exactly what one orders is not easy these days. It was a very good experience and I am in the process of using Arlene's again ! G.H.T.

Placed my order after the decorator came to show me samples. Ordered arrived exactly on time and was exactly what I ordered and was perfect. So easy.
