Just called these guys for some advice as to why my retractable awning was misbehaving. Barb was very friendly and did not hesitate to provide me with the information I required. The problem is fixed! Thanks so much for the advice. Will be sure to recommend your company any chance I can. Awesome experience!!!

Barb and the team helped me out with a quick project and it worked out great! Quick turn around from the concept sketch I sent them to the finished product. Pricing was fair and they got us out of a bind. Saved us from shipping components in from half way across the country. Would highly recommend Petes Tent & Awning. Thanks again!

Super helpful and wonderful customer service. I dropped in to pick up a small piece of fabric to patch one of my tents at home. Although she was obviously super busy, the owner took the time to help me figure out the best material for my needs and even saved me money by finding a scrap piece that would work. Thanks again!

Can't believe these people can do the business in Victoria. Never go to this place or contact them. It's a shame because... - Hardly return the emails or calls. (I tried to understand them because it is the busy season at this point.) - Didn't show up for the appointment which painstakingly got a hold of them and set about a month ago. - When checking on the no-show, there was no apology, didn't even have the record of what the request was or my address. The receptionist said that they could come in 2 hours. When hearing that the request was to fix of fabric (not the replacement which I guess they can make more money), the receptionist said "not necessarily" and slammed and hung up on me. (I've already sent the photos to them and they had said they could fix it. huh...) I couldn't close my jaw because of the rudeness and no manner. - After 2 hours, nobody showed up. And of course there was no call at all why no one could come. - If the basics of business can't be utilized, then shouldn't do the business. - And I absolutely agree with Don (from the previous review), the receptionist whoever takes the call should think to change the career. She doesn't know how to do the customer service.

Unbelievable! I've logged at least 8 calls to them. Always too busy to talk or when a promise is made for a date to come to the site, no confirmation call arrives. Or "I've got 3 call waiting, can I call you back". No return call. They must be raking it in the $$ as receptionist says they're swamped with work but in January she says "I sit here twiddling my thumbs." Will I call back in January. Likely not. I would not recommend bothering with this company for a smaller job. They're just not into it.
