Rude incompetent staff and got ignored then made fun of. poor quality fabrics . Not organ ised well no information tags on the rolls so you have to ask and even then the shop assistants aren't sure . Lie about prices tell you one price then charge another.

I ordered three metres of headliner from KBT. When the trimmer (upholsterer) opened the package he finds that the 3m is made up from two pieces of headliner glued together - and is as good as useless to any customer. So, if you want to buy headliner made up of sections without being informed then KBT can provide this 'service' - along with insulting you when phoning up to find out why they had sent out goods that were not fit for purpose. Rubbish service.

Very poor customer service, after visiting the shop 5 times with a total of 9 phone calls, over a 2 months period, I still did not receive my fabric. Met with ridiculous excuses and unkept promises. Unless they have the fabric in store I wouldn't bother wasting your time.
