I generally order online as I live 5 hours north of the store. The service is amazing - everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I do prefer going into the store directly because it's such a joy to shop there but their online service is peerless, as well.

Amazing selection. I needed dye fixative and this store seems to be one of the only stores with the product available downtown.

They have everything I could need! Staff is a little standoffish, BUT always knowledgeable AND helpful. I go here frequently. Highly recommended. Fyi they don't themselves do dyeing for customers. Just sell the products!

I couldn’t ask for better customer service! You don’t get that type of customer service anymore, the kind where the merchant understands you work hard for your money and tries to find options that suits your needs, very personable! Plus my product got to me faster than arranged! Lily keep doing an awesome job! You have earned a customer for life!

They gave me friendly advice and, after chatting, they pointed out that the product I ordered online wouldn't work with my project as I'd intended and happily refunded my order. Saved me time (and probably my wool sweater, too).
