Bad way to do business. I went to buy a 20'x20' tarp for my boat and the guy at the front told me that it would be too small and sold me a $130, 20'x30' tarp. When I went back, I ask him to change it to a 20x20 for this tarp is way too big and he told me that they will cut it to what ever size I wanted but when they did, they charged me an additional $80.

Purchased 3 sets of industrial curtains. Very happy with the product quality, workmanship, and durability. The sales staff was very accommodating and I got the exact two tone colour combination I was looking for. They look great! These have been up for almost 3 years, and are standing up really well to regular use. I also bought a set of leak diverters from them - perfect for containment of the leaky roof and came with everything I needed to hang it up. They had it on the shelf. Great service.

Spoke to them on the phone and although they couldn't help me, they took the time to recommended a couple people that could. Much appreciated!

Customer Service is non-existent in the sales dept. the Sales rep is extremely rude and impatient. Unless you know exactly what you are looking for i suggest going elsewhere. Never had such a terrible customer service experience.
