I ordered from Croft Mill on Monday morning and my fabric arrived today (Wednesday)! They also replied promptly when I emailed them with a question. Their prices are excellent and the quality of the fabric is truly sublime. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

I’ve ordered fabric and samples several times from croftmill. Delivery is always very prompt, fabric is good quality and the range of fabrics is outstanding. An oasis of good things for any dress maker.

Please be ware of mill croft in the uk, i bought £200 worth of fabric, it didnt arrive for days, eventually they called to say the fabric I have bought was out of stock, I said no problem that can happen, and choose a different fabric colour, I mentioned nothing of the wait I had experienced, then the package was to be delivered and I was out so I asked for it to be left at the side gate, get home and it isn’t there, thought fine, these things happen-two week delay to my project but okay- then the next email arrives for delivery- I log in to change the delivery to a neighbours address as I was out again working, find out Mill Croft had given the wrong postal address to begin with and this is why the package didn’t get left at the back gate a week ago! Parcel was sent to a non existent address! I was at work so had t9 wait until I had time at 4:45pm to ring them and ask for them to change this, and this is when I experience the WORSE customer service I have ever encountered, I phoned and explained the address was wrong, I wasn’t angry these things happen -all be it a lot of things for one order!- I was then met with someone who argued with me insinuating it was my error and arguing with me, I did not phone to argue I just wanted the relevant changes made, she then mid conversation hands me to the manager, who is even ruder, would not allow me to speak, and when I asked could she please just let me explain what has happened she shouted at me “well just get on with it then!”, at this point I was rather shocked and said, fine actually I just want a refund, and she hung up. No further comunication until I hear from delivery people at 8am the next day and clarify the address, at this point I didn’t know whether this person who cancel the order of not, and when I got home the order had been cancelled and not arrived. Its the most diabolical uncoordinated and mismanaged mess I have ever encountered, it broaches on being comical seeing as this is meant to be a business...I had no desire to argue with them, I didn’t mind the delays, but how I was spoken to, particularly when I wasn’t angry, was UNBELIEVABLE! Its a disgusting “company”-AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
