Called the store because I had a quick question if their tech support could help me. Automation answered and told me business hours and then hung up. Couldn't talk to anyone over the phone, seriously??? Guess I'm not going there

I'm pretty unimpressed with the service received. The two staff we dealt with were rude, and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. The items purchased, upon opening are damaged, but not to the extent where we will deal with the hassle of returning them. And upon further investigation, the little packages for the desk I purchased, half of them are empty and they've been chewed open with teeth.

They have every aisle possible with nothing. Want art supplies? Hopefully you're doing a grade 5 art project, that's all they have. Need computer supplies? Hope you need basic things that come in the box of your pc nothing extra. They sell the same as walmart but different brands, And myself and other friends have had some very bad interactions with the IT department, such as threatening to destroy entire PCs, However there selection of furniture is nice
