First time at your store last Saturday. I was impressed with all the leather and products in the store. But the best asset that your store has is its super friendly and helpful staff. I do not understand why so many other stores just do not get it. Being helpful and friendly is paramount when dealing with strangers who want to spend money on your products. Keep up the great work and I will be back.

Excellent customer service and very organized and clean displays. Their classes are very helpful and we planned. Strongly recommend when you start crafting leather work.

Best Tandy I've been to, staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and freely offer advice on products and techniques. I only wish it was a little bit bigger, even though it has everything I've needed so far.

Very helpful and got what I wanted in a fast and friendly manner. I have a bad back and I have to use a Walker. He helped me with getting my item to my car. Great place.

My friend suggested going to Tandy to see if they could help with a pen stain on my red leather purse. Niki and Jackie were very friendly and more than helpful. As it was ink on ink there wasn't much they could offer over the DIY hacks I tried without success. Niki suggested a snow/waterproofing wax to condition it with the expectation that it would slightly darken the bag, distracting from the pen marks.. She even demonstrated on her own leather boots. The demo sold me! And it worked. My bag now looks more supple than it already had and the pen marks aren't as obvious! If you're looking for great service overall, be sure to check in with Niki or Jackie!
