Best Fabric Store Hands Down! Whether you are looking for a special fabric or need help assembling a garment Patch Halifax is the place to go. The owner has impeccable taste, bringing fashionable, quality fabrics that you would normally have to order online or travel to find. Personally I love their selection of Bamboo and linen fabrics for garments plus their stylish printed cottons. Also their rental rates for their machines are incredibly reasonable, and the machines are superb!

It's a small store, but a beautifully curated selection, and the people who work there are so helpful. They really know their stuff.

Pretty fabric, outrageous prices.

Truly a gem in the north end of Halifax, Patch is a beautifully stocked and welcoming fabric and sewing shop. I have been shopping there for a few months and attended my first sewing class there in January. I am always impressed by the knowledgeable, friendly staff. Although it is a pricier option than other fabric stores, the quality of the garments I've made with Patch fabric is far superior than any others and certainly worth the small price increase. I'm just so excited to have this shop around the corner and I recommend it to anyone in the Halifax area and beyond!
