Very ignorant staff when you can actually get them to answer a phone call. Shelter wasn't even a year old and fully collapsed. Would not offer any warranty only offered to sell replacement pieces to fix it. Cut me off everytime i would try to explain my situation and would laugh as i spoke. Took 2 months to reach someone in the first place then they are rude and ignorant to customers. Would not even offer a discount on another storage tent to compensate for the issues. Very poor customer service, low quality products. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Unfortunately i have to give these guys 1 star which is not deserving.

After searching months for a temporary shelter I came across Can Industrial. They provided the best prices I could find and the customer service was above and beyond. I also had the building installed by one of their recommended crews and couldn't be happier with the results.

This company does not stand behind their products. Offered zero warrant on a building that was less than a year old that the steel failed on. They won’t return calls or emails. Please buyer BEWARE
