We recently received a HUGE donation of acrylic felt remnants for our craft space in the library. They sent us a beautiful range of colors, and the "scraps" are large enough that we can do some really cool projects with the material. We appreciate this company's support of our school community!

Great customer service all around. A great variety of colors and sizes to choose from. The best felt store out there.

I have never been in the market for felt before but The Felt Store came up in my search results and they had exactly what I was looking for. Ordering was super easy and smooth. The box just arrived and I am MORE than thrilled with the quality of the product. It's perfect! Exactly as advertised and precisely what I needed. So, in closing, should you be in the market for some fine felt, these folks are fabulous and their service is phenomenal.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- I wanted to order from the company directly instead of Amazon- 1 because I think it helps a company. 2- because they had some great slippers I wanted to order. I called to get help because online they said they had liners for children but then said it was discontinued. They said they couldn't get the sku number. I asked how I could help do this and was hung up on. I called 3 times to try to resolve. I love supporting small businesses and products that are totally worth while but you have to take care of your customers. TERRIBLE- I will not order from them. The manufacturer is "Brand Felt" in Canada they were great!!!- I wish there was a different company that sold their products. I would not recommend ordering from them- they lost my business now and for future.

The most horrible customer service (if you could call it that) I have ever experienced. I wanted to place an order for a very small item and was met with an outrageous shipping charge. I called the store to seek assistance with getting a more reasonable rate and was told the fee was the fee. Only to be contacted via email later and asked to call back so they could sort the issue out. I gave them the benefit, called, they offered to ship for free, I provided my credit card to pay for the item (3/16” x 1 meter Felt wick) and received the package a few days later only to discover that they sent the wrong size ( 1”) and that I would be expected to return the incorrectly shipped item at my expense. Emails back and forth had the customer service rep adamant that it was my error and my problem. I have never been so frustrated in my life! I should have known after the first call to stay away, now all my friends know too. All over a $6 item...... could have been SO much more in the future. Too bad.
