The Quilt Store is amazing! Their customer service has blown me away and that is rare these days. So nice and super helpful. Response time was unreal. Kudos to the team and thank you for such wonderful help!

The store itself is nice. However I had a very negative experience with their customer service. I had a few questions about a yarn I was looking for, they offered little assistance and I felt like they were looking down on me. I felt as though I was being judged as a young woman trying to learn to knit. The whole experience was negative and they offered little support and assistance. I will not be returning

Excellent service. Creative and knowledgeable. Good selection of sewing machine repair parts. Reasonable prices, too.

Fantastic little place. Not so ĺittle actually, they offer classes, repair, good prices, very helpful staff. There's a feel of a "country" store when you are there. I think they specialize in certain sewing areas, and teach those skills. Much more helpful and friendly than the other popular sewing shop in Newmarket! Can't compare fabric, machine stock etc. I haven't been to the other store yet. Great people service here by the meter!

Love the warmth one is greeted with. Store is always clean and inviting. Staff is always kind and helpful. I have attended a few of their classes and enjoyed myself thoroughly.
