Amazing service providing and great product, flexible, friendly yet professional approach. Glad we got our booth from them. Will be using them again and again. Highly recommend this company.

This was my first time using the services of Radiant Exhibits. I have worked with several firms over the last 20 years. I won't look elsewhere, here is why... Absolutely the best customer service experience! Julian and Dan went the extra mile. After a couple of hiccups in our schedule of final art Radiant still delivered the product on time. However DHL's completely mishandled the shipping and nearly compromised our showing at the event. That's when the customer service went to a another gear. Dan drove across the city to sit and wait for the package to arrive at the Toronto DHL Depot, so that he could then rush it to Purolator so that the display was in my hands in Atlantic Canada at 9 am THE NEXT DAY, the day of our event. Dan promised that no customer has ever not received what Radiant promised to deliver to their client. Though it was close, Dan's streak continues. Thank you both for making CBM look so good.

I would like to thank Radiant Exhibits for their excellent service. They created a custom designed modular display booth for a very important event we had this summer. They also organized the shipment, installation and dismantling of the booth. Everything was done in detail and we experienced absolutely zero kinks during the process. Punctuality and service was extremely great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for display booths for their next event.

I found the staff to be very responsive and courteous. They helped me to design my booth and get it installed with a very tight deadline. Bob Hill
