Stellar customer service. One of the items developed a tear on a seam shortly after it arrived. The issue was resolved within a couple of hours of the first email being sent, and the replacement was sent before the end of the day. The other items fit and feel fantastic, and Canadian Made! Will be frequenting their website from now on.

From very far away (the High Arctic: Cambridge Bay on the famed Northwest Passage), I was tasked with ordering Canadian manufactured t-shirts for a work project. It was a daunting assignment, due the distance. Until I found Aki and JERICO. The quality of the fabric and the options that include bamboo and rayon, the workmanship and the ever competent and helpful Aki (customer service) made this a seamless and easy venture. For certain we have found our long-term supplier. I can recommend this company for they knew nothing about me, yet treated me with professional courtesies that I thought had long vanished and their t-shirts are beautiful.
