I have been going to this Fabricville for more than 25 years of my life, first with my mom, then on my own and now with my wife and kids. Not once have I had a bad experience. I have been to other locations and this one is still my favourite. Keep note though that it's much more worth it if you are a member.

The cashier and employee who cut my material for me were friendly. However, when I went to look for a new blanket, an employee came to me and rudely accused me of putting some blankets on the floor. It never occurred to her that they were already on the floor before I even got there. This same lady said I should buy a blanket that was dirty. I took another one that was clean. I calmly told her I didn't do that and she left. Not too impressed with that exchange.

Overpriced, unless you are a member and it's a BIG sale. 75% of the time I walk out of this store empty handed. Often they lack the colors and variety needed. Also, staff will not help unless it's to cut fabric. You are better off going to Montreal for more variety and better prices.

It is a good place to find all fabric stuff, curtains, beddings, sewing supplies , etc.. Yet it is difficult to find assistance in the store and the aisles are not labeled..

I received lots of great, friendly help. I went in with a project in mind but no idea how to do it. In the end I left with all the supplies and understanding how to set it up. Thanks!
