Old school way of selling fabrics. I wish they were more into innovation. They don't have any database for the fabric. They use old binder with printed sheets to know the price and the promotions... Which are not really accurate. The store is dusty. Still they have good selection of fabric and prices are ok if you are a member.

Terrible customer service. Called them a couple of times, was put on hold and they delayed until the store was about to close. Someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called back just as the store was about to close, the woman answered in English, spoke to me in English, telling me no one was there to answer my question (the store was just closing at that time). I said I had been on hold for a long time and that someone had hung up on me but that I had called before the store had closed. She then switched to French, refused to help me and hung up. Guess she assumed I didn't understand her in French (which I did).

The staff is friendly and helpful. The savings are very good especially if you are a member. It's a truly 5 star place.
