DON'T GO HERE!! Really mean and judgemental employees!! Today I was refused an exchange for a damaged dressmaker chalk pencil even though I had the receipt. (not even a reimbursement, just an exchange) I've been coming here every week for about a year and I've spent at least 2000$+ in this store. It sucks that my day was ruined because the manager currently working didn't want to exchange my pencil. Like come on, what is it worth to you? It's 1.50$ and she knew I was in the right. I had proof of purchase, receipt, everything. She was even there when I bought it. I almost feel like the old ladies there enjoy picking on people who can't defend themselves. Such a shame. Don't visit this store unless you want to spend the rest of your day frustrated or crying.

We required materials for prototyping and model building, up until now there is nothing that we have not been able to find at Fabricville, from elastic ribbons to plastic buckles and very specific types of fabric, they will have it, also they have a huge parking lot and are situated besides the Namur Metro station which makes it very convenient in case you want to beat the traffic. Great place overall!

Don't go here for cotton printed fabrics (because they charge almost 15 per yard), but do go here for thread. Their thread is very well priced! They also have a bin in the back of scraps for dirt cheap. So if you want to make a little project that doesn't require much, I'd check out that scrap bin!

this is a great a place to go for any project. the staff is helpful and the atmosphere is mostly organized. if you are a member, you normally get a better price.
