A great day for 'off-line' shopping! A 2 yr search for the right piece at the right price came to a conclusion today. The expertise of Barbara, her non-pushy manner and her willingness to figure out what I wanted, turned another expected browse through another store into a most productive visit!! Looking forward to receiving not one but two specially ordered pieces.

Very attentive and helpful staff who asked all of the right questions and also knew when to back away to let us try things out and deliberate. Gave us some rebates/price breaks and we left with what we think is a very good deal. Can't wait until our order is completed, made and delivered!

Great experience, no sales reps standing over shoulder. Answered all our questions and showed us what we were thinking and didn't try and up sell.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the recliners that I was shopping for. He took the time to instruct me about a proper fit for each individual. He did not rush me through my shopping experience, allowing me the opportunity to "test" the recliners that interested me. Very good experience. I would highly recommend this La_Z Boy location.

We wasted two weeks looking for a low living room chair to fit my wife. We left this store until last due to my wife believing that they were more expensive. 45 minutes after entering, we were exiting the store with the perfect size chair , in a custom fabric, at a lower price then we were able to find anywhere else. Helpful ,friendly, great staff.. We will be back. Greg
