Nice bright store, helpful staff. Cheap tools, mostly made in China - if you're only going to use it once in a while, or try it out to see if it's worth buying a high-quality one, you can get some great deals. Basically the Canadian equivalent to Harbor Freight.

The great staff at this location make it well worth the drive. I always find better than what I was looking for. Nice selection. Nice prices. Nice people.

Great store has something for everyone from someone's project to business projects. Very competitive prices and friendly staff as always.

This store has pretty much everything you need, and quite a lot of wants. A taillight for your trailer? A sausage machine? Specialty wrenches? How about some hydraulics or a generator? A prime location across from Costco that has ample parking and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a water pump last year from the Princess auto in Kingston, the service has been second to none. The floor staff helped me through the process of picking my order and working through potential difficulties. That was last year. When I went back in today because my pump had failed mechanically this spring, I was not sure if they would be able to help, but without hesitation Larry at the service desk said lets see what we can do. They could not refund our purchase price but instead gave us a break on a brand new pump. More than happy with the good people working in this well oiled retail machine.
