New Lens Mill store is amazing. Huge improvement over old building, now has wheelchair access and no basement. Still the best fabric selection, cut to size. Yarn, crafts, now way better organized. Huge clothing selection as well as housewares and most anything you can think of from mid size housing items or smaller.

Not enough staff on fabric cutting counter waited ridiculous amount of time please get either a ticketed/ now serving number so customers can continue browsing rather than clogging up the cutting counter area or have more confident staff available to help out at the cutting tables. Two people walked away and put back their purchases rather than wait! Also have noticed many items have price increases since store moved to behind shoppers drug mart on Groh Ave! Very cheeky! There's nothing worse than knowing that the sticker underneath the current price is the one you paid a few weeks ago!

This was the best store to wander around in. With its old wood flooring. I loved the sound . It has everything you would need for any project. They have moved to Groh Ave I haven't been to the new store yet. But will post pics when I do.

Lens mill has always been one of my favourite places for craft supplies! They have a huuuuge selection (especially of fabric and yarn) and great prices. If you've never been you should definitely check it out. They also sell non craft items but I rarely look around at those. I believe it's like liquidation type things. :)

Visited the new store on Groh ave and it's amazing! Fabric area is larger than the old store on queen with lots more knit selection. They were just setting up on Friday so still had some unloading to do but I love the fabric no longer being in a musty basement! ------------------ This review was when the store was located on queen st One of my favorite stores for fabric - you could spend half a day admiring the fabric. Beware though that the fabric is located in the basement which is musty and bolts are tightly packed but you'll probably find whatever you're looking for. Love the yarn selection here as well.
