Rebecca and Leslie were super helpful. They stayed past closing to complete our sale. We didn't feel rushed at all. Update: Well our views have changed. We chose our furniture based on availability. We were told if we paid the deposit that day our sofas would be reserved for us on the incoming truck. I called the Monday morning and they said the truck wasn't unloaded yet. We drove the 1.5hrs 2 days later paid the balance and then told our furniture wouldn't be in for 6-8 weeks. WTF so mad at this point. We paid over $4000 for furniture, we expected quality and good service. Such a disappointment.

If I could give less then one star I would for this store. I have been a fan of lazy boy since I was young and my parents filled our entire house with leather recliners over 15 years ago. Our first sales experience was good we purchased a sectional and chair. Less then a year later we purchased a second sectional and recliner. And less than year later the second sectional literally fell apart, wood and springs on the floor screws and nails where my children play... contacted the store immediately they gave me a run around to contact customer service company who completes repairs... it’s an automatic recording so I left a message, called me back two days later they said I would get a call within 2-3 business days to have someone come out to look at it. It took over 5 days to get a call and he said he wouldn’t be able to come out for 10 days. Contacted the store as I was not happy with the with the way it was being handled and spoke to Darryl McCloud. He was the biggest disappointment of everyone I dealt with, said he would deal with it. Then I get a return call from customer service saying that Darryl told them I wanted to talk to them. He literally did nothing I called him back and left voicemail and never heard from him again.... says a lot about this store when the manager acts like a child and can’t even conduct business professionally. I finally got ahold of head office and they tried a repair in a decent fashion but the repair was a hack job they actually put a new hole in my couch and a bush fixed the dust screen under the couch. After several weeks of back and forth they finally offered a credit to purchase something new. We where then greeted at the store by Denise who we had purchased over 10,000.00 worth of products from with no empathy for what we had to deal with and with very few options for new selections. I will continue to contact head office until I get some results. No one should ever need to deal with these people. They don’t offer a refund only repair and replacement when other stores will give you a full refund, we also purchase extended warranty which we later found out was through a third party. They don’t even stand behind they’re products. I highly urge anyone who’s making furniture purchases to go elsewhere the quality of lazy boy has gone right the bottom and their prices are one the way up. You have been warned. Avoid this store at all costs.

Had issues with a purchase from another store. Daryl from the London store stepped in to get action and resolution for issue. Adam from sales helped us pick a different item needed to replace the original defective one. Great service from both.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had ZERO problems taking my money- but when it came to rectifying the situation of providing us with a faulty product they were less then helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Daryl Mccloud is probably the poorest excuse for a manager, he continued you pass the problem on, and had zero empathy when we informed him that there were nails and staples sticking out all over the couch that our young daughter could easily get to. Do not buy from this company- everything is severely overpriced and the quality is horrible and the customer service is even worse.
