I bought my first set of (pre-owned) bagpipes back in 1998 from Jim at Scott's, and they had served me well for 20 years! I'm not the best for bagpipe maintenance, and an overhaul was LONG overdue. I found myself in London on business, so I decided to stop in. I finally met Jim 20 years later, and was able to tour his MASSIVE warehouse of all things Scottish/bagpipe related. He tied-in a new bag, custom made a bag cover, re-hemped all fittings, oiled the wood and everything! Looking and sounding great! Thanks Jim!
