Recently I needed to purchase a netting to be used for personal use. I did several online searches and after many phone calls and discussions with several companies who just didn't want to bother with me, I was fortunate to come across U.S. Netting. Not only were they very eager to help me with my custom cargo net, but they walked me through the steps and processes to insure that I was going to be ordering exactly what I needed for my application. Of course, being the procrastinator that I can be, I basically needed the product yesterday. While they understood my situation, it was after all a custom cargo net, they could only promise me that they would get it produced as quickly as possible for me. They sure did! I received my PERFECT net within 10 days after placing my order and couldn't be more pleased! The product was excellent, but the customer service level that I received was second to none! I would highly recommend U.S. Netting to anyone, large or small, looking for netting. They go above and beyond and are eager to make sure the customer not only gets the correct product for their application, but gets it in a timely manner. If you need netting--pick up the phone, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased a 10'x10'x5' golf net from US Netting. The netting is of very high quality and has met my expectations. As good as the product is, my customer service experience was even better. My account representative, Heather, did a fantastic job working with me on a couple issues we encountered along the way. Without question, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

BUYER BE WARE: Very poor transaction for my family. Ordered a net that was listed as available to ship and be delivered 7-10 days. Waited for an update but after few days never received confirmation that it was shipped. When I called only then am I told that my product is out of stock and that they will call me back. When they called me back they told me that they can only send me a similar product and the one I ordered is not available. I said that may be fine, but when I called back less than an hour later they are telling me lies about how it is already in production and they cannot cancel my order since it has started. (Seriously doubtful that they processed that fast, the manager obviously lied so that they can give me a tall tale so they can keep my money). When I tried to call them out that this could not be the case they start yelling at me over the phone. They told me there will be an extremely large cancellation fee and then they just hung up after I was speaking with them. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experience and will not be shopping from them again.

We were very pleased with our netting order from US Netting. We constructed the first ever permanent Drone Cage in an aviation museum and the dimensions of the netting had to be perfect. Now people can learn to fly drones safely at the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos CA

The Safety Netting that US Netting supplies is top notch and I wouldn't trust any other supplier when comes to the safety of our people and equipment.
