Love this spot. The employees are super nice. You can always get a coupon for 40-55% off one item if you get their emails. Definitely worth it. Huge selection and good sales.

I buy some of the basics here; Things like adhesive, corks, small leather scraps, thread, etc. Pricing is decent with a good coupon, quality is consistantly okay. It's more of a conveniance place than a serious craft or art supply store. Staff is always friendly and eager to help, and well versed in kids crafts and trends, but not always able to help with technical questions. It is what it is, and sometimes it's the best option in the area, but I generally look elsewhere first.

I love Michael's! This location is my favourite. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The layout is organized and easy to shop. They are always stocked and clean. great job!

I love this Michael's. It's organized well and clean. The customer service is average but I've never had to request specific help or advice so maybe they are better than I realise. I love the email coupons you get when you sign up. There's always such good coupons I never pay full price for anything! I took one star off because sometimes the employees at the checkout skip applying the coupons or don't realise it when the coupons weren't applied correctly, so as the customer you have to be paying attention.

Staff is always friendly and polite here. Store is clean, and have lots of items in clearance. Lots of selection for a variety of craft supplies. Best time to come is when they have the 50 or even 60% off coupons available. You can get some really good deals sometimes when they are available
