Helpful staff if not needing a couple more at key times. Was in looking for an assortment of things and had to keep looking for the same girl as the only other associate on the floor I could find was also very busy helping customers. Wide assortment of goods ranging from crafts to toys to frames and other kinds of displays. Prices are a tad much though. A lot of the things I bought I found later on at a dollar store for much cheaper. They do have some great specials and deals and would suggest you check out competitors and take advantage of skid deals before/when going into store.

Great location with an organized store and plenty of parking space. The cashier was the only staff I interacted with but it was a very easy interaction as she was very personable. The store had good options with varying price tags, like lower-end painting supplies, ranging up to the high quality options. There were also a good amount of summer sale items clearly labelled around the store. I went in for one thing and left with several, and am quite happy with my decision to shop here.

I don't know... I like craft stores, but Michaels nowadays is only really good for yarn offers or "on the moment" inspiration. I tend to go looking for items no one there has even heard of and always end up buying them online. The yarn though I like. I like to touch it in order to choose the texture and they tend to have them on sale every so often so Big plus for that.

The store is fantastic, always has the supplies I need for my cross stitch patterns but the cashier I had today was definitely not game for any small talk what so ever. I will absolutely be back for more supplies and hopefully she works on her customer service skills a little.

Like a previous post here said, they have a poor selection of yarn.. lot’s of cheap/acrylic ones but if you are looking for premium yarn you might not have the best luck over here. However, they offer the best customer experience, that’s why I give them 4 stars.
