Went in with my son to look for zipline parts. Jason went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed. Excellent customer service! Thanks Jason. There was even complementary coffee and hot chocolate for us!

Provided very poor customer service. A detailed list was brought in with what was needed and fasteners were missed, incorrect quantities were given, incorrect sizes were given, and the order wasn't ready on time (I was told the parts would be ready "first thing in the morning" I showed up at 9 am and they said they weren't ready. I came back at 10:15 am and didn't have my order ready until 11 am and made me wait in the store the whole time). When I returned later in the to get the correct sizes and exchange a few pieces that were too short, I was told I would be charged a restocking fee if I came back again with issues and that "they make no money on this" and "I was not worth their time" after I was told to come back if we needed anything else or to exchange fasteners. My company was thinking of opening an account with them, and purchasing a large amount of fasteners after the prototype product was built, but due to the disrespect and poor customer service I will not continue my business with them.
