The worst place I have ever been. Their employee gave us wrong stuff and when went back to ask for exchange with the thing we asked for she refused and became very rude. She acted as if she would hit me if I had asked one more time. Extremely disappointing in my whole life in Toronto. I also reported to the consumer protection agency which is federal and take care of consumers rights.

I agree, VERY rude staff, that's not staff, it's the owner. Don't know how to deal with customers in a friendly manner, this will not run for long. So miserable, I went there with my mom, I asked to see something, I just mentioned, don't cut it yet I want my mom to see it. I was shocked, I got a reply, I know, don't tell me how to run my store. So, I left everything and walked away.
