I was looking for fabric to make flower girl dresses for my 2 granddaughters, as well as something for myself. I was there for around 1 1/2 hours selecting everything I needed and the lady was excellent who helped me. Understood my needs and wants and didn't try to push anything on me just to make a sale. I would definitely return in the future should I require something for that "special" outfit. You don't get customer service like this every day.

Have been here a few times which have all been good experiences except recent time. The woman there was helping me find a fabric for about 3 minutes before she got mad that I was taking so long. She literally rolled her eyes at me. I'm not a fabric expert so usually need help deciding what fabric to get. If you're the same I would maybe try somewhere else.

Looking to work with fabric for the first time, I visited about six different textile/fabric stores along Queen St W. When I visited the upper floor of this store, the staff were quite welcoming and happy to help me find the fabric I was looking for. All of this despite having their credit card machine stolen on the very same morning! They have a good selection of fabrics compared to other stores. As a side note, if you are buying the final yard of a particular fabric, they will give you a 25% discount on it.
