I have had the pleasure of working with Martha on numerous occasions for embroidery I needed done for my business. Martha is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and always delivers exactly what I am looking for, ahead of schedule. I can't stress enough how positive my experience has been, I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality workmanship at extremely competitive prices. Thank you Martha for being so awesome!! You have created a customer for life, and I will definitely be back to see you soon.

We have been dealing with Maxx Embroidery for the past 15 years and with Martha for 20 years. As a promotional products distributor we look for partnerships with our sub-contracts, i.e., embroiders and screen printers who will work with us and help in every way to make our client’s products look their best. We have found that Martha takes upon herself to produce excellent work for every job, no matter the size of the order. If there is a problem with the files she receives or defects in the products, she is very diligent in bringing it to our attention to ensure the job is perfectly done. On numerous occasions she has made suggestions with the colour matching, logo placement or has made corrections on an embroidery disk to ensure that all the letters are legible. She always “goes the extra mile.” I have the greatest respect for her product knowledge and her integrity in this industry.

I have never felt so disrespected by a group of "professionals", especially the representative named Martha. They have no care for the customer and are simply trying to make their money. My company was not happy with the colour of the print job (was printed washed out compared to the requested file) and we let Martha know we were not happy. As she sat at her computer ignoring us, she simply said "too bad". Upon discussing the specifics of the print job (which we have experience in), all she said was "I don't care, sue me". She had expected us to have asked all the questions that SHE as the print company needed to ask. Overall this organization is extremely distasteful and only in it for the money. When we were working out pricing, she had even asked if we were Jewish simply because we had so many questions and wanted a quality product that was worth our money. Still in disbelieve... you can't make this stuff up.

Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working with Martha and her team at The Maxx Custom Embroidery and it has been an absolute pleasure. They are extremely professional and always deliver the project on time. With countless embroiderers and decorators locally I choose to use Maxx for these very reasons...a first class group of people to work with!!!
