Love the staff and owner! Attentive and knowledgeable about quilting, sewing and fabric! Great experience with classes. I’ve purchased machines as well as vacs. Great service on both sewing machines & our vacs.

Vaughan has been servicing and repairing my vintage sewing machines for several years now and he does a great job. He takes the time to explain things to me when I have questions and is very thorough. I've even brought machines in for friends who live too far away for Middlebury to be convenient, because he is so good at what he does.

My Favorite fabric store featuring the best customer service, along with excellent support. The staff (team) at Middlebury Sew -N-Vac are friendly, and knowledgeable. They feature a variety of classes and clubs that offer everyone (no matter their ability), encouragement, creativity and the opportunity to gain skills while having a really fun time! This is one of the most warm and welcoming places I have ever shopped. The combination of; quality products and support services, knowledgeable staff who really care that the customer receives the best product, along with outstanding products add up to a refreshing shopping experience.

Middlebury Sew-N-Vac has the best customer service I've ever heard of. After a problem with my sewing machine, they worked relentlessly to fix/replace the machine. I'd recommend the shop and its staff to everyone who quilts, sews, or vacuums.
