Nova Sewing is a great place to buy your sewing needs. Sean at the Hamilton store was so helpful in getting the machine I wanted to their store in London. We exchanged a lot of emails and I’m happy to say I’m picking my machine up Saturday. The ladies at the London store are so knowledgeable and are always there to help you. If you need advice or are looking to buy a sewing machine go to Nova Sewing, you won’t be disappointed.

THIS IS MY GO-TO FOR ANYTHING SEWING NOW! I love this place because of the great people that work there! I could have bought my machine anywhere, I choose to buy here. Why? When taking the time to demonstrate what was a new machine to me, to both of our surprise the machine also threaded the needle... I had never seen that before, but in all the excitement we both cheered & threw our arms up in surprise! I purchased this machine there, because she shared in my experience and excitement despite having a rough week with customers. The knowledge she had was incredible! I will forever be a returning as a customer! Thanks so much!

I had my machine serviced here and they didn't bother to do the only thing that I asked for. Having been in the industry myself, I know that my request was not unreadable. They also didn't have basic accessories in stock.

I am looking to buy a heavy-duty machine. The person at the counter was helping someone, so I browsed around the store. I was looking at the one industrial machine when the sales person barked at me, Sir "do not touch that industrial machine". I wasn't touching the machine and I found her very rude. I left the store and will take my business elsewhere.
