Customer Service from Matt behind the counter always leaves much to be desired. Don't bother greeting him with common courtesy such as hello, how are you today? He just stares back rudely. I have experienced his rude apathy on three occassions, it isn't a one off thing, he makes the whole company look bad.

Good materialand well priced. Always find what I'm looking for and have been happy with quality of product. All invoices are automatically emailed to me, very convenient.

Had been shopping for exterior doors. Keven Martin had assisted us in selecting the right doors for our home. We found him extremely helpful and professional. We had ordered 2 doors. There was a glitch from the supplier side and Kevin guided us through it. We were not sure on how to correctly measure for our doors and again Kevin provided assistance and leadership for us. Kevin was always courteous, professional and helpful to us. His customer service skills and knowledge of the products he sells puts him high above other sales reps we met with in different stores. We will most certainly return to Turkstra again.
