This is a very disorganized and nonchalant business. They seem to trust heavily in cheap prices and quality, however this establishment grossly lacks customer service skills, ethics and professional etiquette. I should have listened to the bad reviews because they are absolutely true! This company has on more than one occasion completely neglected to process our order in a timely fashion, leaving us looking unprofessional for clients. We decided to start traveling an hour and a half to Allentown from Philadelphia to pick up an order instead. Unfortunately, we hit traffic due to an accident. When we arrived we were less than a half hour after closing, mind you that we called before coming, and we had orders prior to this time so they are very familiar with us. We were turned away in the heat with our children in the car, The staff was still there and so were the warehouse workers. We wrote an email to the company, we were not accommodated and of course blamed for our own misfortune. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra miles to NYC or find another fabric warehouse. Believe the negative reviews. One or two experiences may be good, but in the long run they're awful! Don't let the pricing trap you. When you begin to lose clients due to their irresponsible procedures, you will regret it. At all cost if you must patronize them, avoid Veliah, this assistant is the cause of this painfully lengthy review.

This was a first time order where I needed 89 yards for a volunteer elementary school project. It came in a timely manner and I carefully cut several panels at the same length. I came up short by 9 yards so I phoned the company, talked to Marc, who was very cordial, and promised to look into it. The replacement fabric was shipped the same day indicating that customer service is important to the company. I would definitely order again! Customer service was the best.

I received my templates in a speedy manner. And not only this, Marc emailed me right away to assist me with questions about the fabric I needed for my business! I was blown away by the excellent customer service. I was completely clueless on what type of fabric I actually needed and he sent me all types to help me. I ordered my first 34 yards and was even helped to find the best price for shipping over night. I am excited to keep doing business with this company for my fabric needs!
