Was with my 3 year old and new to the store. One of the employees walked over grabbed a basket and walked me through the store advising me and helping me purchase everything I needed. Quick and dirty. Store was neat and well laid out. Amazing staff. At 11am on a Saturday I was able to park out front on Spadina avenue.

I am just embarking on new journey regarding leather work. Although I do a lot of work with my hands in a creative nature, I have no experience with doing leather work. The staff here are friendly, educated in their field, and are more than willing to share their knowledge. I have had many questions, and have visited the store on at least 12 occasions oh, and have had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I have also been referred to stores for stuff that I needed. I would recommend specialty store to anyone, this place is awesome!
