I found great sale items so bought more than I needed..but that's always fun. had great difficulty getting assistance. couldnt find anyone on the floor.

Don't go here for anything model related (cars, planes, etc...) other than paint and even then it's not very good paint for models, so really they have NOTHING. I went to 2 different locations in my area and was told at both stores "we don't carry those things" when I asked where I would find them in the stores. It's funny that the website advertised that they would have these things but are nowhere to be found in the stores... wait, isn't that called "false advertising"? Also other things are outrageously expensive. the craft mats to prevent cuts in you table/desk are priced at $40 to start for the small ones and increase from that with size, I bought the biggest one online for $10 and free shipping.

It's an expensive store but well stocked and organized pretty good. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't like how the paint is locked up like it's a high end piece of equipment and that some staff won't let you walk around with it. I am a grown adult not a delinquent. Otherwise they have a great selection and I generally only use my coupons because the high prices.

Staff is friendly and helpful though hard to find anyone on the floor. Great variety and love that there are regular coupons

No wonder you have so many coupons available. They can't be used on more then half of your merchandise. Merchandise you'll never find because the only 2 employees I could find in the "entire" store were both working cash. Great customer service Michaels. Thankfully you are a replaceable store. Should be rated 0 stars.
