The sales people on the floor were extremely helpful and so were the people running the cash registers. This is a very dangerous place for me to shop because I love everything Michaels has to offer, high quality with fair pricing and they always have great coupons.

Very helpful staff in the framing department! I had multiple items to frame from being recently married and the staff was so patient and helpful! My ketubah, paintings and photos all look incredible and I really appreciated that they did not rush me to make a decision or try to coerce me into buying more expensive things! Will use them again in the future no doubt.

Douchey customer skipped me in line and cashier at another checkout noticed it and opened her register to cash me out. I really like an associate who is aware of what's going on and problem solves! I wish I knew her name, petite, dark hair, Winnie the poo button on her apron; I would have definitely made sure management knew of her efforts! It's associates like her that make a difference and make me want to be a returning customer!

Very nice, very full-service craft store. Clean, neat, great sales. Only draw-back is very often only one register open. Check-out can be slow.
