Carly was absolutely wonderful! She was patient and helped with all my questions, she was able to recommend alternative options when I wasn't able to find options to create the idea I had in mind. The staff at the counter was very welcoming as well, making sure I was taken care of, if I had any other questions. Thank you for making my experience very pleasant!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to help me find the item I was looking for. When I brought all my items to the till, the cashier actually informed me of a 50% off coupon online that could be used towards my most expensive item. I would have known about it if she hadn't mentioned it to me. Store has a huge selection and great quality items for all kinds of arts, crafts and more. Great store and great staff!! 👍👌

Like most people, you should only shop Michael's when you have a good coupon, that said, half the items don't even quality for their "50% +/- Off One Regular Priced Item", so if you don't mind paying extra for craft trinkets, go for it.
