The older gentleman who works in the copy and print center is SO NICE! He’s so helpful every time I go in, always smiling and so happy. I hope he reads this

Wonderful people. Providing wonderful service.

I have used the business centre and photocopying many times. They also have FedEx pick up. This is a friendly store where staff ask if you're doing okay working the self-serve photocopying before you ask them! They sell all the usual items and sale items of other Staples.

A worker in the tech department greeted me at the door with a big smile on his face. He walked me through and helped me find the best laptop to suit my needs. He got my computer set up in very good timely matter. All the workers were very inviting and very helpful. But this one workers seemed to stand out the most. Amazing customer service!

Julianna the "supervisor " was rude to me and there were some human rights violations I intend to follow up on. Never been treated like that at any Staples I have been to. This treatment nearly affected an important print job I needed for a very important client. I had to drive 40 min out of town to get printing done last minute. Let me give you a hint, dont stand and smurk at an already upset customer who is asking for a refund for a poor printing job. Really disappointed about this experience especially when running a business you count on printer places for quality control. Julianna was condescending and rude when I tried sharing my concerns and made clear losing my business didn't matter. So was not solution centred at all. She stood there staring at me 3 feet away while I was getting my refund as if I was a threat to her staff. It took me three requests for her to leave me alone even though I wasnt saying a word.
