Very helpful and friendly service. Had exactly what I needed from just a photo. Something other landscaping places in London were unable to do. I will only shop here for all of my landscaping needs. Reasonable prices that are lower than the competition too!

What a wonderful place to shop! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the product selection and availability is great. Even if you don’t know what you’re really looking for, you’ll find something at Grand River. Even if it ends up just being a 100lb rock, it will be a beautiful rock.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a very specific stone over the phone, (brand colour and dimension) had someone else pick it up for me, it wasn't what I specifically asked for over the phone. They ended up saying I ordered what I got and when it was brought back to return they wouldn't take it, anyone want to buy a step cheap? AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I have never received such expertise and professionalism from a supplier before. I cannot recommended Grand River enough.
