Antonio and I communicated for some time and I finally placed an order for a large greenhouse covering. There was a deadline for this plastic to arrive at transport company as it was scheduled to be shipped overseas. There was a miscommunication and the order was not delivered and it could not be redelivered until the following Monday which was the shipping date and it would be too late. Antonio drove four hours and collected the order on Friday evening, overnighted at his own expense and delivered the order on Saturday morning. The order made it on the shipping container on Monday. Very impressed with the recovery. Will certainly give him a repeat order. Good job Antonio.

A pleasure to deal with. A little slow to get my order, as there was a back order on one of the products. But Antonio was fantastic about it, and kept me informed the whole time as to the status, and even special delivered half of the order with no extra charge. The delivery Driver was super friendly, and answered all of our questions! I will certainly continue to recommend Greenhouse Depot.

I cannot say enough about the service I have recieved from Greenhouse Depot. Even though it was I who made an error when ordering the plastic for my greenhouse, Antonio replaced the original order with the proper size plactic for no extra charge. How much more could anyone expect? Dealinlg with him has been a pleasure, and the product is excellent. I even received a Tim Horton's gift card with a thank you note. Again, excellent customer service way beyond the norm.
