I highly recommend Ethan Allen as we have had a great experience working with Christina Van Eyck. She did a fabulous design including all the materials and furniture in a sample vignette which helped us visualise our renovated living room space. The finished product was just as she showed us - she's highly professional while still being a warm and genuine person. The furniture, rug, blinds, pillows and curtains are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Christina designed the entire room and it looks awesome with the variety of colours, patterns and materials. She is an expert designer, who is incredibly easy to work with and really cares about her clients. It's been over 1.5 years now and we still love the living room. We are going to re-design some bedrooms and wouldn't even think about not hiring Christina. We've been very impressed with both her work and the quality of the merchandise from Ethan Allen.

I was pleasantly surprised by the new look that Ethan Allen seems to be offering. I had done my cottage a few years ago and am now looking to update my condo and wasn't sure if they had what I was looking for, but was so excited to see the newer look is modern, smaller and are going to blend perfectly with the look I wanted. I previously had a designer come help me with the cottage, and am relieved they still offer this service, it makes decisions so much easier. I am surprised to have read some people complaining about customer service being an issue, because both 5 years ago and now, I really feel that the designer I had then, and the one I am working with now really care about giving me the look I want. I never felt pressured, or ignored, and really feel like they are just as excited to be working on my home as I am. I would personally suggest both their designers and their products.

The salesperson who helped me was Christina Van Eyck and she was terrific. I have a very busy life and while I certainly appreciate fine furniture I simply don't have a lot of time so Christina's advice was appreciated.

I recently received my pieces from the Toronto location, and am really happy with the way they work together. I needed my entire condo done, and only brought a few pieces of art with me from BC. Nisreen was the associate that helped me, and it turns out she is also a designer, which was great because I never would have the place looking as good as she did. I did have to wait a while for some pieces; each room came together in stages- so it was such a huge relief to see that when everything was in, that it looked so modern and like I lived in one of those showroom condos. I have a hard time seeing what things look like as a finished product, so I give major props to Nisreen for being so patient with me and not letting me down.
