As with many places in retail, not every cashier is an expert in the products sold by the place they work at. If you need help from someone who knows what they are doing then ask for the expert and BE PATIENT. I have been coming to fishers for 7 years since I moved to london and have always had good service whether it be pick up (always cheaper) or delivery. During landscape season from spring till end of October this place can be super busy so expect your experience to take some time unless you know exactly what you want and where it is then it's a breeze.

Picked up a 2 yards of topsoil yesterday. The company transport truck hit the trailer attached to my truck damaging the gate. Since he pushed me into the lane of traffic I made my turn. When I returned to the store they refused to acknowledge the damage done to my trailer. And since I didn't chase down the transport and get a license plate the store is denying everything. I will never shop here again.

I too met the sleepy girl at the front desk who just kind of stared at me when I walked in the door and awkwardly fumbled around for brochures. In about 5 minutes I had enough of pulling teeth and left without an estimate or guidance. Contrasted with the competition down the road who in 10 minutes had made some product suggestions based on my needs, calculated the amount of block needed for my application and had run out in the pouring rain to get me samples.

Purchased 4 yards of large river rock. Sales lady was informative and very helpful in selection. Price was better than anyone in the City . Delivered today in a dump truck . Driver was very professional and laid all the stone on the tarp that I had set out .Great experience and great company to deal with. Very pleased! Recommend them to anyone
