If you need installation services, forget this location. We went at the store 2 times to buy toilets and to get installation. Both times, nobody was in the section to help us. We found a random associate which took my phone number and told me that the associate in that department would call me back the next day. Never got a call. We went on the website and ask for installation services. They sent a technician to measures and he said that the store will contact us for the quotes. Well, it’s been a more than week and nobody called us. We try numerous time to call the store, but they don’t answer. Overall, service is pretty bad. Prices may be cheaper but you are better off paying more with another company to get the job actually done and don’t waste your time.

Nice sized home depot with convenient hours and location. The intersection can get a bit busy though. The staff is great. They seem nice and friendly. Everything seems to be organized well to find whatever you need.

A smaller Home Depot. Some less popular things may not be stocked here. But they do have a garden centre. I love the return policy. If you use a credit card to buy things they will allow you to return something months after you buy it. Even without, you can get a store credit. We have ordered doors, specialty blinds, carpets, and appliances here. They are reliable and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Worst management ever, I can't believe how home depots leave the place in hands of idiots like that. I been a costumer for years, but this year I'm been doing renovation and bought lots and lots of stuff still got the receipts. More than 10000$ worth of stuff. Used some and returning the rest to go buy from another place. After all the money I spent and the time I put there they kicked me out and saying I'm criminal. Never spending another penny there and they getting sued. Not recommended if u plan to buy lots of stuff. They don't appreciate costumers and the value of the costumer is not priority. My lawyer will get me my value.

If I could give my experience at this Home Depot zero stars I would. I have never seen a store with a worse team environment. I was appalled to see one of the associates make one of the cashiers cry while I was at another cash. I could hear this man yelling at the young girl to the point that she was in TEARS. I couldn't believe my eyes. The associates at the so called "pro desk" were cold, unhelpful, and downright condescending. As a woman who does the majority of her own repairs I felt ostracized and belittled by the associates HIRED to help me. While shopping through the aisles there was no help - and when I was assured someone had been called, no one showed up. All of this could have been overlooked, had it not been for the way I saw the cashiers treated. I can tell you that I will never return to this Home Depot location, unless it's to speak to a manager about the harassment that the poor young cashier was clearly facing by a man 3 times her age and size. Extremely disappointing and downright concerning.
