Rita Ann is a real professional! She understood wat we wanted after we described our room's limitations. She showed us a number of options. After successfully grinding a sectional that fit she was most helpful in choosing the material for the couch as well as the cushions. As an artist she has a terrific eye for colours. All in all, the buying experience was stress free. ( That is something I don't say often).

Visited the store to find living room furniture. We were half way across the store when Scott approached and asked how he could help. We immediately recognized him as a sales person we dealt with 6 years ago in another setting. He did an amazing job of helping us to find what we were looking for. We were again blown away by his patience, humility, product knowledge and ability to have us leave as happy customers. Thank you Scott and Farah!

Mary served us very well. She informed us about style, availability of colour and model and fully explained how the mechanism worked, tipped the chair to illustrate construction features and was very enlightening. My father had one, and I didn't know all of that. She was also very accomodating, due to my injured shoulder, as to how I could manage the lever arm without hurting myself. She was able to spend time with us, but when she did go off to check on other customers, she was able to come right back and help us. She was very pleasant and acoomodating. Thank you so very much, Mary!. Evelyn M

I like the product, but had issues at store level. Delivery date was perfect, but my couch & recliner arrived with a scuff on the arm rest. A new piece was ordered and installed without problem. The problem was how the order was put together. We bought an ottoman off the floor that unbeknownst to us had upgraded (different colour) feet. When the couch arrived, the dye lots were off from the floor model. We were made to feel like idiots for wanting to return the ottoman. Almost as if we should have known the colours would be 'off'. After much arguing with the salesperson, we returned the ottoman. The experience in the early stages was fun and easy, but once the order was confirmed and delivery taken, the 'fun and easy' part was anything but!!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Mary Dixon. She worked to understand our needs and made great suggestions. In addition, Mary responded to our emails quickly with full information.
