NEVER PURCHASE A SEWING MACHINE FROM PAUL. He will tell you you can return it which is a lie. My elderly neighbor purchased a display model sewing machine. Firstly Paul, the owner, didn't provide her with n itemized sales receipt. Within 48 hours she realized the computerized machine was much too complicated and went back. He refused to accept the return and told her it would be his word against her if she left it there! Thankfully she purchased it with American Express and can contest the charge. Paul is a unscrupulous businessman and should be ashamed how he treats senior citizens!

After searching high and low for felt fabric for my daughters girl scout parade banner, Jack's Fabrics came through for me and even offered great advice on how to assemble the banner. It is so nice to know that there are still places like this around that know their stuff. Thank you so much!

Great place. knowledgeable staff. Paul not only gave me great suggestions, but is super pleasant. Went way out of their way to ensure my success. This is why you should support local businesses!!

paul was very helpful.... except for one slight problem..... dont ever try to return anything after buying it. he will tell you to leave his store. this happened to me and my brother. we went in there looking for a simple white fabric for a costume (which seems to be harder to find these days than it should be) and walked out spending 85 dollars. the fabric was never used, never even left the bag.... but we regretted making this purchase immediately simply because we knew we couldnt afford it. and like i said tried to return it an hour later and got shot down. so buyer beware.... dont buy anything from this guy unless you're 100% sure you can afford it. not blaming him..... we just shouldve thought it through better before coughing up the money. and by the way..... the fabric wasnt worth that kind of money. we used to spend 5 dollars a yard on fabric like that all the time at wal mart. or the rag shop that used to be in norwalk. which we really miss.
