Outstanding staff and great customer service. Our designer Christoff was excellent to work with. He made wonderful suggestions without being pushy. We are so happy with the quality of the items we purchased. The delivery staff was very professional. We would recommend Ethan Allen without any hesitation.

I love the quality of the furniture Ethan Allen offers. My last order came in wrong but my sales representative got right on the phone and ordered a new piece. They made it and shipped it in record time. Their customer service team is the best!

Expensive, without reason. This is the sort of place you shop for furniture to show that money doesn't matter to you. Unfortunately that seldom buys you comfort, with a couple of high backed exceptions. The Chesterfield chair was nice, but for the price of a good leather couch I'd rather have a good leather couch. Try Jordan's instead.

Erica Leighton at the Ethan Allen store in Portsmouth is knowledgable, professional and fun to work with. We love our new sofa and look forward to receiving our new buffet in a few weeks.

Bought several rooms of furniture during the first quarter of 2018 as well as window treatments for 5 windows. Ethan Allen has some new, somewhat informal styles that appealed to us for a second home in southern Maine. It is fairly expensive furniture, but the quality is there, and the styling can be somewhat unique. Watch the delivery times; they can be on the long side. The warehouse people worked with us with regard to a complex delivery.
