We had an amazing experience dealing with Madison’s. we went to every furniture store in Regina, and Madison’s was the only one that didn’t have super aggressive sales people attacking you the second you walk in. The staff at Madison’s let us wander around and take our time. Dwayne came and talked to us about where we were from and what we were looking for, and wasn’t pushy at all. Dwayne even went out of his way to come in the next day when they were closed to sell us a couch as we are from out of town and was not going to be in the city when they were open again. Recommend this store to everyone looking for furniture.

Nice selection and not a high pressure sales environment. Well done

They sales and support team are great at this store. We bought a sofa from them 4 years ago and the leather started to peel. I contacted the store and sent some photos. They sent the photos to the manufacturer and Madison's helped me to get a replacement leather panel for my sofa. The installer came to my house and did the repair in about an hour. Both Madison's and Palliser Furniture stood behind their products. I definitely recommend this store!!

I have never had such amazing service in a store. Dwayne McMillan was so friendly, knowledgable and not pushy at all for a sale. He asked what our needs were and made finding our new furniture a great experience. I will buy all my furniture in the future from them just because of the service we revived from Dwayne.

When first walking in to Maddison first we noticed how large the show room was. So many options and brans. Within a matter of moments a sells representative approached us. Dwayne McMillan was so wonderful. He listened to our wants and needs and was honest about what would work best. We were sold on the second set of furniture shown to us Thank You so much for a great experience. We'll be returning again in the near future.
