Very cheery and helpful! Definitely a smaller store but never short on suggestions.

I bought both of my machines here, and have had one of them serviced so far. Their customer service is always fantastic, and very helpful. They also carry a lot of beautiful fabrics, including some really nice apparel fabrics

I'm not much of a quilter, but they do carry some nice, high-quality knits and a few other garment fabrics. Welcoming staff!

If I could give NO stars, I would have!!! I should have read the previous reviews!!! I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, go back there!!! I would have been better off sending my machine to China to get fixed for the amount of time it took to get it back!!! Oh, and it still doesn't work right, and now I have to pay someone else more money to fix their screw-ups!!!

If your looking for sewing machine repair, I would NOT recommend going here. I brought my sewing machine to this shop because she was a couple blocks down from where i live, and i didnt have a car, and was within walking distrance..it seemed perfect. I even described my situation with my machine over the phone and she sounded pretty confident that they would be able to fix it...boy was i wrong. I took my machine in on the 17th, they estimate usually 7-10 business days, no big deal. She said I would be able to pick it up on the 28th (payday for me) and they would phone me if anything came up or if the price estimate was going to change. Come the 28th, i dont hear back...I phone them the next day to find they havnt been able trouble figuring out how to fix it and need more time....fine, my estimate was the fallowing Monday :| I phone on Monday and she said they are still having trouble. And she was going to have someone look at it and would "phone me when its ready".I give it till Wensday and phone for a progress report and she says shes going to have to have someone look at it, because she doesnt know how to fix it because its not like the "newer machines..." Bullshit. My machine is one of the newer Brother models. I ask her if it will be ready by Friday, she says no. I ask how about the week after? Is she confident that this other person can fix it and GUARANTEE me it will be fixed if i give her till Friday...she said yes, it WILL be fixed. So I phone in on the fallowing Wensday to see If i will be able to pick up my machine Friday (at this point i was already skeptical and wanted to make sure...) She said they still weren't able to fix it and now couldnt even give me an ETA, at this point they have had my machine almost 4 weeks! The service from here was HIGHLY unacceptable. This woman has NO knowledge on how to fix sewing machines and never even ONCE phoned me. What was wrong with mine? A simple timing issue. I phone in at another place (Century textile) which was way across the city from me, and I have no car...I would of had to of gotten a ride from my father-in-law. But the guy I spoke with on the phone was kind enough to come to me on his own time. He fixed my machine within 10mins! He spent another 15-20mins or so fixing a E1 error (pressure foot error) which it did NOT have when i dropped it off. The woman from this shop screwed it up when she put my machine back together an the other guy had to fix it. If you have a machine in need of repairs, expessuaily a brother brand machine, Take it to "Century Textile & Sewing Supply", because the woman here at unique textiles doesnt know what shes doing and will only waste your time. Because of her I was put out of work for nearly a month or something as simple as a timing issue.. that is highly unacceptable
