So I am here to say what I think of this place, normally I don't like writing bad reviews . Now my Dad was hired at this place, first he got to work 4 hours , then he was given 8 hours after this they offered him a job, now this old lady whom they give you that she should train you, my Dad was put in her care. As a new comer to Canada he still has a lot to learn, however the old lady was not helpful as she's very very short tempered, very rude, disrespectful, impatient, uses bad language, does not understand trainer-employee relationship, does not really train a new employee rather she makes them feel unwelcome, unwanted and unworthy. I know of a couple folks who got hired and couldn't take her madness and quit as soon after starting work. She told my DAd that he was going to collect a check for free because he was doing nothing, this was after he asked her to explain to him how to use a new machine. My dad has 15 years of sewing however Canada is an advanced country whereby, anyone has to be shown more than once how to use the machines and all sewing equipment. A good manager should take into account people's feelings, background, knowledge and people's ability to learn and adapt to knew environments. You can't go around insulting new employees and expect to keep them up with your nonsense. I would not recommend to anyone that they should go seeking for a job there unless ofcourse you're desperate.
