If I could post a review while giving a rating with zero stars this would be the day. Perhaps that's why they barely have reviews because people are rating them with nothing because that is exactly how it feels when trying to deal with them... Very quick with trying to sell you equipment (something bigger and better than what you've already got) and yes, these mini loaders do their job, but if anything goes haywire DO NOT, emphasis on DO NOT, expect them to move so promptly with returning any phone calls for replacement parts. If you're in the states it's definitely more cost/time effective to get a machine easily accessible for maintenance purposes stateside.

the best place to find equipment at affordable price.

Honestly the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Still waiting on a call back from their service "manager" up there at their headquarters. Been waiting on a call back for almost a month. Left multiple voicemails literally asking everyone at the "head quarters" where to get parts for a machine. No one but the secretary could talk to us and she didn't even know. Other than having a BAD weight distribution, the ram rod machines aren't horrible. Good lift capacity and a simple machine. Getting parts for these are tricky and costly. Not quite a bobcat or a Deere but if you want a cheap option.

Great machines. I have purchased 3 within the last 10 years. Customer service is terrible. Going on 2 months waiting for a warranty claim. Don't waste time leaving serval voice mails as they won't be returned. Company is very disorganized and mis managed. It's unfortunate a great machine is negatively affected by its employees. Next unit will be bought through the big guys so I can have the parts and support I need.
